For those wishing to stage their home for sale, Rhonda Deal Home Staging can use all existing furniture, all rental furniture or a combination of the two to create a home buyers will love and be able to see themselves in. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

This can be done by the home-owner or Rhonda Deal Homestaging will be happy to manage smaller projects for an hourly fee.

Consultation

Starting with a detailed checklist, Rhonda Deal will assess the home from kerb to attic, making notes of the areas that can be improved and/or repaired so that your house sells quickly. If making repairs in not an option, we can help distract the buyer's eye by creating focal points and minimising unsightly areas. Rhonda will also make recommendations on how to change furniture and accessories around so that the room is as inviting and appealing as possible. After the consultation is complete, you will be sent a written report within 48 hours covering everything that was seen and discussed during the visit to the home. The consultation option is the perfect option for the homeowner that is a "do it yourself" individual. (Initial consultation applies to a three-hour time frame, additional time will be charged in 15 minute increments.)

Redesign for Home Staging

Rhonda looks at your home from a buyer's perspective and will rearrange your furniture and accessories to create a look that immediately appeals to a wide range of buyers, allowing them to see themselves living in your home. She will come to the property and work with you to de-clutter any areas that need to be cleared, and then will use what is already in the home to give rooms a "WOW" factor. Rhonda Deal Home Staging Services will also stage empty homes. It can be as simple as creating pockets of interest, or extensive as renting furniture for the entire home.

Space Lift Package

This premium Rhonda Deal Home Staging Services package includes both the Consultation and Redesign for Home Staging. This package includes a three-room staging, usually the living room, hall, and kitchen, plus showing tips. This is a great way to get your home prepared, quickly and easily staging the three most important rooms in the home. If one of these three rooms does not require staging, Rhonda will work with the homeowner to develop another room in order for the home to have maximum impact.

Rhonda Deal Home Staging can provide you with accessories to accent and highlight different aspects of your home starting at the rate of 30 per month (one month minimum).
