Starting with a detailed checklist, Rhonda Deal will assess the home from kerb to attic, making notes of the areas that can be improved and/or repaired so that your house sells quickly. If making repairs in not an option, we can help distract the buyer's eye by creating focal points and minimising unsightly areas. Rhonda will also make recommendations on how to change furniture and accessories around so that the room is as inviting and appealing as possible. After the consultation is complete, you will be sent a written report within 48 hours covering everything that was seen and discussed during the visit to the home.
